Hello From The Little Ghost!

Hi,

My name is Paige but my other half calls me his little ghost. I have decided to start this blog to share my wedding ideas, inspire others, gain ideas/tips/advice. I'll likely post about everything from engagement parties to the wedding attire, food and after-wedding event ideas.

My boyfriend and I aren't actually engaged yet, he has said that he wants to marry me and I want to marry him as we both love each other dearly. The thing is, we're 16. Before I get anyone saying we're too young to get married, hear me out! I agree with you! We both know we're too young to get married. Marriage is a big thing! We want to get married, but where's the difference in being together for the next 8 years and being married for the next 8 years? A piece of paper, a ring and debt! We want to get through university, get good jobs and save up and hopefully get our own house before we get married. We do want to get engaged in a couple of years, maybe before we go to uni. But it's a hell of a lot easier to break off an engagement than it is to get a divorce! We're being sensible about this.

Really this blog is somewhere for me to post ideas and recieve ideas from others so that when I'm planning this thing for real I already have a load of ideas and tips gathered up in one place to make it easier to decide what we want to do. It'll avoid me panicking and being overly indecisive or being unable to find anything that I like.
So please, don't leave comments criticising me for my age. I'm gathering ideas for my wedding, other girls my age are having children. A bit of a difference. I know what I want and I'm not doing anything stupid. A lot of girls would take any chance to look at pretty dresses and shoes for hours? What can I say, my dad's a wedding photographer. It kinda makes you end up planning your own. Even if you're not engaged! I won't even bring up Pinterest!

Oops, sorry for the mini rant there everyone!!! I promise that won't happen again!
So anyway, that's enough about me. I'll post wedding related things whenever I get a chance. It could be a little while as I have exams at the moment.
